Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
PLA Skateboarding is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
