Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returns are not accepted for Nike SB Dunk purchases or other limited-release products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and tags.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item according to the return policy above.

Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they meet all return requirements.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Only regularly priced merchandise is eligible for a refund.
